It is recommended you have your sewing machine (and/or
overlock) serviced yearly. The yearly service includes:
- Thoroughly cleaning the machine of debris, lint build-up, etc.
- Checking & adjusting of all needle positions, timing, tensions.
- Updating computerized machines to the latest version.
- Adjusting the embroidery unit (if applicable).
- Test sewing & stitching to check for proper stitch formation
& tensions.
- Checking for any recalls or warranty-covered issues on your Husqvarna
Viking machine.
If you cannot make it into our Glendale location....then drop
off your machine at any of our Viking Sewing Gallery shops in Phoenix or Prescott. A Viking team member will provide
you with a receipt. All service work is done by trained, certified professionals at the Glendale location. Rush
service available.
If you want a free, on-the-spot diagnosis, then stop into the
Glendale location during regular business hours. A service technician will be glad to look over your machine and provide
you with a repair estimate.
